I am a Brit living in California but I often go to the Lake District of England.  I absolutely love sticky toffee pudding.  I was accidentally introduced to yours in Whole Foods supermarket this Christmas.  I was immediately take back to the Lakes where we experience the best. Your pudding is absolutely wonderful  and we have both fallen for it.  I am amazed to find them so authentic in the US after living here for 20 years,

Francisco). Ginger was always my favorite and you have got it just 
right. I love the slightly chewy bits (pieces of ginger?) and that 
you have been generous with the sauce, which makes for such a moist 
pudding. I had it with some Bird's custard. Absolutely delicious! I 
will be trying the other puddings very soon.

We were shopping for tonight's dinner at Fresh Market and I happened to see your puddings sitting in the cold case.  I'm a sucker for anything chocolate so I bought one.  OH MY.  Had I known how good it was going to be, I would have bought my sister one of her own.  Since she lives in Austin and is going home tomorrow, she can just get her own because next time, I'm not sharing!

I just wanted to rave about how wonderful your Molten Chocolate Baby-Cake is!! I happened to pick it up at The Fresh Market one night to try and never in a million years imagined it would be as heavenly as it was. I don't think there is any dessert in a restaurant here that can top it. We added a little ice-cream to the side and just indulged. My husband and I can't wait to try the other ones!! Actually, I can't wait to have a dinner party and serve them. People will be amazed. You definitely win the award for this one!!! Great job!

My wife and I are big fans of your Sticky Toffee Pudding.  She's from the UK and when she spotted it in Central Market she made sure to pick it up and try it out.  We often have a few in the freezer and bring them to friends as treats (the looks on peoples faces when they've never tried one is worth good money!).  So I picked up the ginger one today and suffice to say, my wife and I were fighting over who got to lick the plate we shared it on.  We both got turns.  Amazing pudding.  Thanks for making perfect desserts that are well portioned, prepared with apparently good quality ingredients and present/plate very well right from the packaging.  Kinda makes me wince at those Sarah Lee cakes I used to beg for as a kid.

Just recently I discovered your delights in the refrigerated section at my local Fresh Market here in Knoxville, Tennessee...and I must say that all I have tried are absolutely delicious.  The first one I tried was the ginger and I fell in love with it.  The Sticky Toffee pudding is just out of this world - one of the best (and richest!) desserts I have ever tasted.  Thank you for making these treats available.   I can't wait to try the Lemon Pudding since it brings back memories of the thin-layered sponge cake filled with lemon curd that my grandmother used to make in Chattanooga.
